Manchester. Our homes are beautifully furnished, extremely well
maintained and in the most sought after locations.

We invest up to £1,000 per room on interior design and
premium furniture, completely from our own pocket.
We have waiting lists of full-time corporate
professionals for our properties.
We work with fully HMO licensed properties (5+
Bedrooms) and normal properties (3 & 4 Bedrooms) and
stay on top of all compliance.
We have a very stringent vetting and interviewing
process to handpick the best tenants.

Our housemates are hard-working professionals working for some of the best known companies and organisations in Manchester. We have a rigorous selection process and we look for friendly and respectful professionals who have great references from previous landlords.
